Special Promotions: Doyle Arts reserves the right to change or remove any promotion, offer, special, or discount at any time, for any reason. Furthermore, any of the aforementioned items might not be valid with other offers or discounts.
Mistakes Happen: We make every attempt to avoid errors in pricing, product information and product availability. If a mistake occurs, we reserve the right to correct it, and we apologize for the inconvenience it may cause. Item pricing is valid for the most current volume only.

Please take the time to read our Sales Policy. When an order is placed, an expected ship date is given and your order will arrive on or around the given date, subject to availability. Customers that have not placed an order within a 12 month period may be removed from our mailing list.
Doyle Arts accepts payments through the Pay Pal service only, unless you pay with a money order. All non-credit card orders are pre-pay only, and product shipment will not occur until receipt, and subsequent deposit of money. No out of state checks will be accepted.
Shipping: Doyle Art's only method of shipment is the United States Postal Service (USPS). We regret we do not
ship via other methods. Shipments outside of the United States require pre-approval by contacting Doyle Arts via e-mail through our website at http://www.doylearts.com/store/WsContact.asp. Handling fees may apply to all orders. Oversized items may incur additional shipping charges. Other payment methods may be available to existing customers at the sole discretion of Doyle Arts.
Returned Checks or Stop Payment Checks: A $33.00 fee is charged to your account for each NSF or Stop Payment Check. Your account status changes to CREDIT CARD ONLY. We do not accept postdated checks.
Damages: If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, you must keep the original carton and packing for inspection by the United States Postal Service (USPS). USPS will determine if a refund is in order. Doyle Arts insures all shipments, and therefore does not participate in the review of qualifying damage reimbursements.
Return Policy: Due to the nature of the products being shipped, all sales are final. You may return items to Doyle Arts only when there is a documented error by Doyle Arts in regards to inaccurate order processing. Certain restrictions apply: 1.) Returns must be approved by Doyle Arts prior to shipping back to us. 2.) Returns must be reported to Doyle Arts within 10 days of purchase, and must be in writing via e-mail which can be accessed via our website at http://www.doylearts.com/store/WsContact.asp. 3.) There must NOT be any writing, pricing or any other marks on the item or the package. The merchandise must be in the original carton and packaged properly. 4.) Refunds only occur after proper inspection by Doyle Arts upon receipt. Return shipments must be sent back to Doyle Arts via insured USPS mailing only, at our expense, but only after our pre-approval in writing.
