"Sisters of Notre Dame" is a collage created as a charitable donation to the Sisters of Notre Dame in Chardon Ohio. Their facilities encompass a Nuns Home with 230 nuns, a church, high school, two elementary schools, a school for autistic kids, and Notre Dame College. Every year they raise money for these facilities, and this painting was my little part in helping them do so. The original hangs in the main entrance of the Nuns Home. Through this project I discovered that my mom was actually a student in one of their schools, which added a special meaning to this project. I had not known that prior to the start.
